HOW TO PURCHASE
Go to a gallery from the home page. Click on a thumbnail image and go to the larger image from
the thumbnail. On the page with the larger image you will find this button:
Click on the button for purchase options, print sizes and prices. There is a purchase page for each
image in the galleries. . When considering a purchase, communication is always good and highly
recommended. You are always welcome to contact us with questions or comments. There is no
obligation or pressure to purchase whatsoever and, no unsolicited spam.

protection, if you use Paypal. On this web site we use Paypal as our merchant account for
processing credit card transactions and we also use their shopping cart. Paypal provides industry
leading security. You can make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or
other financial information to us.. You do not have to have a Paypal account and you do not have
to sign up for a Paypal account. Of course, if you have a Paypal account no explanation is
necessary.
OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee fair dealing. We strive for quality and artistic expression with our photography
and printmaking. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, return the product
within 45 days and we will exchange it or issue a refund at your option. No questions asked.

CONDITIONS
REFUNDS
Shipping charges are paid to the carrier when we ship and can not be refunded. Of course, if a
print arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right, at no cost to you, if shipping charges
are involved..
RETURNS
We have not had any to date, but we stand ready to honor our guarantee. Please notify us before
returning merchandise. An address for returns will be provided when you contact us. We can not
accept returned merchandise without prior notification.
COPYRIGHT
When you purchase a print you are not purchasing the copyright to the image. Prints may not
be reproduced in any form and will be marked on the back ©Charles D. Adkins.
SHIPPING
It is our goal to ship within seven days of receiving an order and most of the time that is possible.
Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. If you need more precise information about when we
can ship, contact us. The nature of photography sometimes necessitates travel. If Charles is out of
town when an order is received, and there is a delay we will contact you. If there is a delay we will
offer you a discount to compensate, or if that is not satisfactory, make a full refund.
